Cytlaw Deal Summary 2021

Here is a summary of our law firm’s deal flow and achievements for 2021.

We had a very busy year at Cytowski & Partners with over 50+ venture capital transactions (preseed-series D), 20+ US market expansion transactions and 5 exits. Our 2021 total deal value was $1.4 B .

We also participated in many headline catching transactions in SV and UE.

Our law firm is at the center of the US/CEE technology bridge assisting a significant amount of investor and startup clients from the Central and Eastern Europe region. We also focus on assisting American clients expading into the region.
